Excellent article. I appreciate your attitude about doing a couple crunches per day to start. I always have this “all or nothing” attitude toward exercise. If I’m not all in, then I’m all out.
Recently, I read Atomic Habits, and the author wrote something similar about exercise, fitness, writing, or anything you’d like to start doing on a regular basis: before you commit to 30 minutes every day, start with 1 minute, or 5 minutes, or like you, 3 crunches.
I’m glad you found your reason to improve your health and know you will continue doing what’s best for you and your family for the long haul.
