Have you tried erythritol? It tastes so much better than anything I’ve ever had before. I can only find pure erythritol on Amazon. More often than not, the grocery store has some brand claiming to be 100% erythritol but it’s cut with something else like Stevia.

On Amazon, I buy Anthony’s or So Nourished (it depends on who’s cheapest the day I need it).

Erythritol even fooled my mom when she accidentally put it in her coffee. The only thing she noticed was that she had to put more ‘sugar’ in than normal and that’s because erythritol is about 3/4 as sweet as table sugar.

Dr. Peter Attia mentioned in his podcast that an even better tasting sugar substitute is coming out. If it’s better than erythritol, then I’m on board!

I first learned of erythritol from Dr. Michael Greger on NutritionFacts.org, from Dave Asprey of Bulletproof diet fame, and other keto people.

It is safe for people with diabetes and can even be sprinkled right on fruit that’s not quite sweet enough and used in baking.

Far more interesting internally than externally. I write to quiet the voices. Deleted Facebook & Twitter thereby immediately quieting 1000’s of voices.
