I have A LOT of bras but none of them fit. I’m sure I have spent well over a thousand dollars with what’s in my bra drawer now.

You make a very good point about bras and the cost-per-wear. I have at least 20–30 bras that don’t fit well. If I took that $1800 I probably spent on those bras and bought five $350 bras instead, I am sure I wouldn’t be one of those women who decide at 6 o’clock that the bra needs to come off.

I have large boobs so a bra is still necessary. I love a bra that doesn’t show under a form fitting t-shirt. I never cared much about bras until I heard Oprah exclaim that none of us are wearing bras that fit. Once she mentioned that fact, I started noticing women in their bras and she’s absolutely right!

Would you be willing to share the brand your friend bought? I suppose I can look up which one Oprah bought.

I agree with your laundry list (low-hanging fruit) of bra must-haves.

I’d be willing to go get fitted now at my age — I’m no longer shy after three kids. I just don’t know where to go!

Far more interesting internally than externally. I write to quiet the voices. Deleted Facebook & Twitter thereby immediately quieting 1000’s of voices.
