I’d never thought of this concept in this way before. And what you present in your writing is true because when I begin thinking that I should be working out, after not working out for over a year, I become paralyzed and do nothing. I used to be able to do HIIT without dying, and I enjoyed how I felt afterward. Now I cannot imagine doing any kind of high intensity exercise like before; however, I should do the Goldilocks workout until I can get back to peak performance.
