Summarizing your success: when you were younger, it was a rigid schedule that prompted weight loss and when you were a wee tad older, it was the combination of eating unprocessed foods and finding the exercise you like to do.

Seems like you taught this woman a few new tricks: eat unprocessed food on a rigid schedule and participate in regular exercise I enjoy. 🤔

It almost seems too easy, especially after I’ve read about 200 books about dieting and weight loss. But sometimes the easiest solution is the best.
